These tools remain the intellectual property of Syl Leduc and her coaching company, Turning Point NW, LLC (dba The Leadership Center). We grant you permission to use these tools in your own business, with some restrictions.

Single-user license: Only coaches who purchased the Coaches Tool Box can legally access the forms - sharing password information is not okay! Please do not give them away or resell them without our permission. We ask you not to give them to other coaches to use or to provide your access information. That's also copyright infringement. Some newer coaches may not understand laws regarding intellectual property and copyright. Think about it this way. Imagine if you spent more than 100 hours creating a coaching program, writing a book or creating a really cool website. How would you feel if you discovered some else had "borrowed" your information, put their own name on it and sold it to others?

There a few simple directions to follow to get the most out of the Coaches Tool Box.

NOTE: Coaches who use Client Compass Software version 3 can import some of the Client Intake Forms in the .doc format into their own copy of Client Compass. Note that .rtf files cannot be imported into Client Compass. Also, these forms cannot be imported into Client Compass version 4.

Use a Tool for Your Business: When using a tool to manage or market your own business, click on open, fill in the boxes and save to your computer. Or, after you fill in the boxes you can also e-mail directly to your mentor coach, or coaching buddy.

Send a Tool Directly to a Client: Right click on the form & save to your own computer. Then create an e-mail and insert the tool. Or, you can e-mail a generic tool directly to clients to have them complete and e-mail it back to you.

Customize the Tools: Customizing & password protecting forms is easy, just follow the instructions. All the forms below are hyperlinked and will launch when you click on them.
